Human Trafficking in Sudan

Sudan is one of the worst countries of origin and destination for human trafficking in the world today. Women, men and children are enslaved in Sudan or at high risk for slavery throughout the country.

Make Way Partners works in Sudan to provide prevention for the vulnerable at risk and care for those making their way out of slavery.

Each year, Make Way Partners sends a mission team to Southern Sudan to provide encouragement for the indigenous staff working there year round, as well as discipleship, training, education, accountability and resources for those at risk to human trafficking or repatriation for those coming out of slavery in their own country.
