Rachel Nash

Child Sponsorship Developer

Rachel Nash serves as Make Way Partners’ Child Sponsorship Developer working to ensure total care for all orphans a part of the MWP family.

Rachel graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where she met her husband, Adam Nash, who also serves on staff with MWP.

Rachel’s heart was broken for orphans in Mexico when she was just 17 years old. For her high school senior project Rachel headed up a fundraising effort which turned into an orphanage building campaign involving her own church and community to help care for the ‘least of these.’ It’s a partnership that is still strong today.

In college, Rachel was introduced to Make Way Partners and the tragedy of human trafficking. Her heart and passion continued to grow over years of praying, following the blogs, supporting a child and sharing with others about the work of MWP. In March of 2013, Rachel and Adam heard the call of the Lord to relocate from Oklahoma to Birmingham, Alabama and join the MWP Staff.

Rachel enjoys the fabulous game of soccer and spending her free time enjoying God’s beautiful creation. She also loves adventure. Whether it is cliff jumping, rope swinging, mountain climbing, or the forever famous honeymoon skydiving in her wedding dress, she is not afraid to give of herself. Now at MWP, this spirit of adventure is used to fight for the orphans and the cause of ending human-slavery.
